Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Returning products is easy. If you're not satisfied with your order, received the wrong item, or the item is defective or does not fit, please contact our customer service team at support@brenzio.com so we can assist you with the return and refund process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Actual return shipping fees must be paid by the customer to the sender. This applies to returns for unsatisfactory products, but not for defective items.

Refunds
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed. The amount will be automatically refunded within 7 days to the original payment method used for your order.

Important Exception: Exclusive Summer Sale

Please note that products purchased as part of our Exclusive Clearance Sale with discounts between 40% and 50% are non-returnable. These special offers are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Products purchased in the Exclusive Summer Sale (40%–50% discount)

Partial refunds or refund refusal may apply in certain situations:

  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged
  • Any item missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Personalized items (such as custom rings or jewelry): A €25 return handling fee applies

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you received. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Submit a Return Request

To return damaged or incorrect items, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service via support@brenzio.com
  2. Include a photo and a description of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number
    Once we receive your email and assess the issue, we will get in touch with instructions.
    Please note: all damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Return Address

If you purchased a product you wish to return, you may be required to send it back to our warehouse in China. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This is due to high international shipping costs that we, as the seller, cannot cover.

To return the product, please contact us for the return address in China. Once you receive the address, carefully package the product and ship it to the specified location. Use a trackable shipping method and ensure the item is well-protected during transit.

After the item arrives at our warehouse in China, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our return conditions. If approved, a refund will be issued. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account depending on processing times.

Returning products to the warehouse in China can be a complex and costly process, so we strongly recommend reviewing our return policy and potential return costs before placing your order.
